Our Expert Guide will take you on a fascinating journey to explore Mendoza's Paramillos Mines, uncovering the alluring history and intriguing mysteries of its ancient caverns. Today, this site captivates adventurers brave enough to penetrate its ruins.

At more than 2,600 meters above sea level, this old mining settlement was founded in the seventeenth century by Spanish conquistadors and Jesuits in search of minerals. It was them who named the place "Paramillos" meaning "little desolate place".

During this excursion, we'll visit the former mining town's buildings, while discovering its hidden corners, filled with centuries-old tales and legends. We'll explore one level of the mine, known as "Sauce", familiarizing ourselves with the different types of exploitation miners once used. Here, you'll also be able to observe streaks of various minerals and elements on the cave walls.

Join us and delve into the unique history of this enchanted mining town in the heart of the Andes.
