Our Expert Guide will lead you on a journey to Morado Hanging Glacier, located at an altitude of 3,260 m (10,700 ft) in the Andes Mountain Range. We will access this spectacular site through Cajón del Maipo, one of the most popular mountainous regions in Central Chile.
After two hours of driving through imposing gorges and ravines, we’ll reach Las Arenas Valley, where we will witness the majesty of the multicolored Andes Mountains. We'll stop near an area known as “Choriboulder”, a wonderful place to start our hike as we ascend towards the glacier.
We will walk along the river in the valley for approximately 3 hours, climbing through Morrenas, before reaching our destination. The prize will be the absolutely amazing views of the majestic glacier hanging over Morado Mountain, and the pristine lagoon that rests at its feet.
Join us to enjoy imposing mountain ranges, wild condors, and ancient fossils, as you immerse yourself in Andean nature. Here you will admire the deep valleys and pure skies that wait for adventurers to journey into their world.
