Our expert guides will lead you on a camping adventure through the Cerro Las Tórtolas Inca Trail that is both impressive and culturally significant.
We will explore enormous mountains of more than 6000 meters in height, hike along a famous Inca trail, and visit/learn about various Tambos (Inca hostels). We will also see the valleys where Gabriela Mistral, the great Chilean poet and winner of the Nobel prize in literature, lived, as well as the original place where the drink that characterizes Chileans lives - the mighty Pisco!
Along the way we will sleep in camping tents, and cook all our meals from supplies carried by our transport mules. We will be visiting all the cultural and geographically important areas on the Inca Trail throughout our journey, and discover the hidden beauty within the amazing natural surroundings of Cerro Las Tórtolas.
Be prepared to meet amazing natural hot springs, reservoirs, wind parks, and one of the most beautiful cities of Chile, La Serena. This expedition is not challenging on a physical level, but will take a high sense of enthusiasm along the course of the 6 days - which shouldn't be too hard because of the great landscapes we will be seeing along our journey!
Join us to discover the cleanest skies in the world, and high-up heavenly mountains that make us admire the purity of our natural surroundings. This is an adventure in Chile not to be missed!
