Our Expert Guides will take you on an exciting adventure walking and cycling through mountains, valleys, cities, and the central coast of Chile, where we'll admire incredible views and explore sprawling vineyards.
We will visit Pirque, a small rural town very close to Santiago, where we will begin our journey in a van, but continue along more rural roads by bike, thus obtaining amazing views of the Andes Mountains. We will stop at Concha y Toro Vineyard, the most famous vineyard in Chile, where you will enjoy a fascinating tour and exquisite wine tasting. We will continue into Casablanca Valley, where you will be able to sample some more wines, and find our comfortable accommodation for the night.
Next, we will discover Emiliana Organic Vineyard, where we will take our bikes down the quiet paths to Tunquen, one of Chile's favorite beaches. In Casablanca, we'll visit Casa del Bosque Vineyard and enjoy a gourmet picnic under the trees.
The tour then continues towards Valparaiso, Chile's main port and World Heritage Site. In this magnificent city, we'll walk along Alegre and Concepción Hills, following winding streets and alleyways with breathtaking views of the bay.
Towards the end of this tour, we will continue along the coast to Isla Negra where we will visit the House-Museum of Pablo Neruda, Nobel Prize winner in literature. This House-Museum displays Pablo Neruda's great fascination with the sea and this beautiful place.
Afterwards, we'll head to Leyda Valley, one of cycling's best kept secrets. Here you can explore the silent routes that form this extensive valley. We'll ride to the village of Pomaire where we'll enjoy a delicious traditional Chilean lunch and discover the clay crafts created by the townspeople.
