Our Expert Guide will lead you on a tour to discover Santiago's most iconic places where you'll be able to find the city's valued traditions and its true identity.
We will visit Plaza de Armas, the city's ground zero, from where all distances in the historical center of Santiago are measured. Nearby, we will also visit the Cathedral, built in 1744, which was one of the city's first constructions. Here, we will find the Municipality Building, Museum of History, and National Mail.
We will then move to the civic district, where you will find the old building which served as the National Congress. We will continue on to the Government House known as La Moneda, named this way due to the fact that it is the former coin manufacturing building. On its ground floor, we'll visit La Mondeda's Museum, a modern construction of footbridges where we can find exhibitions from national and international artists. We'll then head to the Paseo Ahumada, one of the main pedestrian walkways in the city.
Afterwards, we'll go for a stroll through the streets of bohemian neighborhood Bellavista. We will then finish our journey with a panoramic visit to the beautiful municipality of Las Condes.
