Our Professional Chef Instructors will lead you through a cooking course in which you will learn all about the healthy side of eating, as we look for delicious alternatives whose nutritional benefits will improve your quality of life. We’ll discuss metabolism, the advantages and disadvantages of fat and carbohydrates in our daily lives, and cover different cooking methods which will help us to achieve exquisite flavors in all our meals.
In this class you will learn to prepare snacks such as ricotta-filled tomatoes, almond and olive tapenade, and steamed mussels with pear vinaigrette and walnut dust. For an appetizer, we will make couscous with a raw, golden, and crunchy green salad and turmeric-coconut dressing. For our main dish, we’ll prepare fresh hake in a citrus fusion and cauliflower cream. Finally, we'll create a carpaccio of fruits, ginger and cacao for dessert.
