Our Professional Chef Instructors will lead you through a complete Peruvian cooking class which mixes the fundamental flavors of European, Asian, and South American cuisine.
You'll delve into one of the most diverse gastronomic cultures, as you learn Peruvian recipes which have evolved over time due to the fusion of cultures that mark Peru's history. This has allowed the country's dishes to be influenced by different continents, and combine the culinary traditions of ancient Peru with Spanish, French, Cantonese Chinese, Japanese, and Italian cuisines.
During this masterclass, you will learn to prepare sea bass ceviche, sea bass sashimi with yellow chili, "aji de gallina", and a delicious beef stir fry.
Join us for a journey through the flavors and aromas of some of the world's most delicious cuisine, and prepare yourself to recreate these exquisite dishes at home.
