Our Expert Guide will take you to explore one of the most impressive and beautiful landscapes in Colombia. Cabo de la Vela is the ideal place to revel in the spectacular union of the desert and Caribbean Sea. You will enjoy a wonderful travel experience discovering the culture and traditions of the local indigenous Wayuu. On this tour, you will marvel at majestic sunsets over the Caribbean Sea at Cabo de la Vela's iconic lighthouse.

We'll begin our journey to Cabo de la Vela passing through Uribia (the indigenous capital of Colombia), and after, head towards Manaure (Colombia's largest salt complex) in the middle of the desert. Here, we will take part in a guided tour to learn about the salt extraction process. That afternoon, we'll arrive in Cabo de la Vela for lunch, and take some time to relax and admire the stunning landscapes where the desert meets the sea. In the afternoon, we will go to a traditional hotel (Ranchería) for dinner and to spend the night in hammocks.

After a delicious breakfast on the second day, we'll visit Pilón de Azúcar Beach and also climb a small mountain from where we'll have a beautiful view of all Cabo de la Vela. We'll then return to our accommodation for lunch and finally head back to Riohacha.

Join us and enjoy one of the most beautiful landscapes in Colombia!
