This three-day intensive workshop was created for chefs, avid home cooks, or simply those who'd like to learn how to prepare modernized Yucatecan cuisine.
Our Master Class will focus on the more unusual ingredients and recipes of the region: everything from cerdo pelón, a descendant of the pig which was brought to the Americas by Cortés, to tamales de boda, the exquisitely delicate tamal, created specially for weddings. In addition to Chef Sterling's instruction, local chefs will provide demonstrations using exotic regional ingredients and techniques, making this a truly one-of-a-kind experience you won't want to miss out on.
